EndNote can be used with MS Word to insert citations and to create bibliographies. In Word, the EndNote toolbar should appear at the top of the page. If the toolbar does not appear select View > Toolbars > EndNote X8.

If you are using Office 365 with Word 2016 and EndNote X8.2, close Word and select EndNote X8 > Customizer > tick Cite While You Write, Next, and then Next.
